What is Your Return Policy?

We accept returns of unused items within 90 days of purchase. All items must be returned in their original condition, including:

  • All original parts and packaging
  • Batteries (if applicable)
  • Cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions, and any other included materials

What if an Item is Defective?

If you receive a defective item within 90 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item free of charge. Follow these steps to initiate the return process:

  1. Contact Us:

    • Email us to info@sextoytrading.com to report the issue. 
    • Include the following information in your email:
      • Your order number
      • Your full name
      • A description of the defect
      • Photos of the defect (if possible)
  2. Receive a Return Authorization (RMA):

    • We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.
    • IMPORTANT: A Return Authorization Number must accompany all returns to be processed. Returns without this number will not be accepted.
  3. Ship the Item Back:

    • Shipping the item back to us is your responsibility. Once we receive the defective item in our warehouse, we will:
      • Promptly ship you a replacement at no additional cost, OR
      • Issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund process to be completed.

Refund Scenarios:

  1. Defective Item with No Replacement in Stock:
    If the defective item cannot be replaced because it is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to the customer.

  2. Order Cancellation Prior to Shipping:
    If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please email us immediately. We will refund the full amount of the order.
